If the event is canceled, the Promoter must refund the purchase price of tickets that have been purchased within a period that will be further informed by the Promoter, but will be deducted bank fees, miscellaneous fees, and other payments that may be charged to transfer money back to the customer.

The event committee/venue manager, promoter, and performers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the audience or incidents that result in injuries in all event areas during the event, for any reason.
