IRWATA Summit 2025

IRWATA Summit 2025 is a prestigious event organized by the Indonesia Real World Assets Tokenization Association (IRWATA) with the objective of establishing Indonesia as a global hub for digital innovation and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. This distinguished gathering brings together over 50 leading figures from the blockchain industry, including the founders of XRP, Polygon, Chainlink, and other key innovators.

IRWATA Summit 2025 adalah acara yang diselenggarakan oleh Indonesia Real World Assets Tokenization Association (IRWATA) dengan tujuan memposisikan Indonesia sebagai pusat inovasi digital dan tokenisasi aset dunia nyata (Real-World Assets/RWA). Acara ini mengumpulkan lebih dari 50 pemimpin industri blockchain, termasuk pendiri XRP, Polygon, Chainlink, dan lainnya.

1. Entry Pass yang valid adalah yang dibeli melalui artatix.co.id

2. Satu Entry Pass berlaku untuk satu orang.

3. Panitia dan Promotor tidak bertanggung jawab/ tidak ada penggantian kerugian atas pembelian tiket acara melalui calo/tempat/kanal/platform/yang bukan mitra resmi penjualan tiket "Subculture Agression”.

4. Tiket yang hilang/dicuri tidak akan diganti atau diterbitkan ulang. Meskipun anda memiliki bukti pembelian. Tiket kalian merupakan tanggung jawab kalian.

5. Panitia acara, Promotor, dan Pengisi Acara tidak bertanggung jawab atas biaya transportasi atau akomodasi yang telah dikeluarkan penonton untuk mengunjungi acara jika seandainya acara harus dibatalkan atau dipindahkan ke hari dan/atau waktu lain.

6. Dalam keadaan-keadaan kahar seperti bencana alam, kerusuhan, perang, wabah, dan semua keadaan darurat yang diumumkan secara resmi oleh Pemerintah. Panitia/penyelenggara/promotor berhak untuk membatalkan dan/atau merubah waktu acara dan tata letak tempat tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.

7. Panitia/Penyelenggara/Promotor berhak untuk, merevisi waktu acara, tata letak tempat dan kapasitas penonton tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.

8. Jika acara dibatalkan, Promotor harus mengembalikan uang pembelian tiket yang sudah dibeli dengan jangka waktu yang akan diinfokan lebih lanjut oleh Promotor, tetapi akan dipotong biaya bank, biaya lain-lain dan pembayaran lain yang mungkin dikenakan untuk mentransfer uang kembali ke pelanggan.

9. Panitia acara/penanggung jawab tempat acara, promotor, dan pengisi acara tidak bertanggung jawab atas hilangnya barang-barang pribadi para penonton atau kejadian-kejadian yang mengakibatkan cedera di semua area acara selama acara berlangsung, apapun alasannya.

10. Harap membawa kartu ID asli dan e-Ticket dari artatix.co.id saat melakukan penukaran tiket.

11. Kami menyarankan agar para penonton menggunakan transportasi online saat datang ke IRWATA Summit 2025.

12. Promotor berhak untuk:

• Melarang penonton masuk jika Entry Pass telah digunakan oleh orang lain.
• Melarang penonton masuk ke area IRWATA Summit 2025 jika Entry Pass yang digunakan tidak valid.
• Memproses atau mengajukan hukuman, baik perdata maupun pidana, terhadap pengunjung yang mendapatkan Entry Pass secara tidak sah, termasuk ditemukannya memalsukan dan menggandakan Entry Pass yang sah atau memperoleh Entry Pass dengan cara yang tidak sesuai dengan prosedur.

13. Penyelenggara mengambil tindakan tegas, dan berhak mengeluarkan pengunjung dari IRWATA Summit 2025 jika tidak mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang telah diterapkan.

14. Barang yang boleh dibawa kedalam venue:

• Membawa kartu identitas dan uang pribadi
• Membawa bukti tiket/tanda masuk
• Membawa masker dan hand sanitizer
• Membawa obat-obatan pribadi
• Membawa jas hujan 
• Membawa handphone / perangkat lainnya

15. Barang yang tidak diperbolehkan dibawa kedalam IRWATA Summit 2025:

• Tidak membawa atribut/bendera/identitas dari kelompok sepak bola, politik, ras dan agama
• Makanan dan minuman dari luar ke dalam IRWATA Summit 2025.

• Kamera profesional seperti Drone, SLR, DSLR.

• Tongsis atau Selfie Stick.
• Minuman beralkohol, obat-obatan terlarang, psikotropika, atau barang yang mengandung zat berbahaya lainnya. 
• Senjata tajam/api, bahan peledak, dan benda-benda yang dilarang menurut ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
• Cairan dan benda yang mudah terbakar.
• Tas atau ransel berukuran besar.
• Laser dan pointer.
• Rokok, vape, rokok elektrok dan lain sejenisnya
• Barang yang berbahaya untuk orang lain maupun diri sendiri walaupun tidak disebutkan pada peraturan diatas.

16. Pihak promotor/ penyelenggara acara berhak mengambil, menyita dan tidak mengembalikan kepada penonton jika ditemukannya barang terlarang saat pengecekan barang.

17. Dilarang merokok di dalam area IRWATA Summit 2025.
18. Dilarang membuat kerusuhan dalam situasi apapun di dalam area IRWATA Summit 2025.
 

SAYA TELAH MEMBACA DAN MEMAHAMI SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN PEMBELIAN DAN PENGGUNAAN ENTRY PASS DI ATAS. DAN JIKA ADA PERUBAHAN ATURAN PROMOTOR, AKAN SEGERA DIINFORMASIKAN DI AKUN MEDIA SOSIAL PROMOTOR

DAN SAYA MEMBERIKAN PERSETUJUAN SAYA UNTUK DIKONTRAKKAN SECARA HUKUM DENGAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN.

Terms and Conditions for Entry Pass Usage – IRWATA Summit 2025

1. A valid Entry Pass is one purchased through artatix.co.id.

2. One Entry Pass is valid for one person.

3. The Organizing Committee and Promoter are not responsible and will not provide compensation for tickets purchased through scalpers, unauthorized sellers, or platforms that are not official ticket sales partners of "Subculture Aggression".

4. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued, even if you have proof of purchase. Your ticket is your responsibility.

5. The Event Committee, Promoter, and Performers are not responsible for transportation or accommodation costs incurred by attendees in case the event is canceled or rescheduled.

6. In force majeure situations such as natural disasters, riots, war, pandemics, or any officially declared state of emergency, the Organizers/Promoters reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event and modify the venue layout without prior notice.

7. The Organizers/Promoters reserve the right to revise the event schedule, venue layout, and audience capacity without prior notice.

8. If the event is canceled, the Promoter must refund the ticket purchase amount within a time frame that will be announced later. However, bank fees, other charges, and transaction fees required for the refund process may be deducted.

9. The Event Committee, Venue Management, Promoter, and Performers are not responsible for lost personal belongings or any incidents causing injury in any event area during the event, regardless of the reason.

10. Please bring a valid ID card and e-Ticket from artatix.co.id when redeeming your ticket.

11. We recommend attendees use online transportation services when coming to IRWATA Summit 2025.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Deny entry if the Entry Pass has already been used by another person.
• Deny entry to IRWATA Summit 2025 if the Entry Pass is invalid.
• Take legal action, both civil and criminal, against individuals who acquire Entry Passes unlawfully, including counterfeiting or duplicating valid Entry Passes or obtaining them through unauthorized means.

13. The Organizers reserve the right to take strict action, including removing attendees from IRWATA Summit 2025, if they fail to comply with the implemented health protocols.

Allowed Items Inside the Venue:

• ID card and personal cash
• Proof of ticket/entry pass
• Face mask and hand sanitizer
• Personal medication
• Raincoat
• Mobile phone/other devices

Prohibited Items Inside IRWATA Summit 2025:

• Any attributes/flags/symbols representing football clubs, political groups, racial, or religious affiliations
• Outside food and beverages
• Professional cameras such as drones, SLR, DSLR
• Selfie sticks or monopods
• Alcohol, illegal drugs, psychotropics, or any hazardous substances
• Sharp weapons, firearms, explosives, or any items prohibited by law
• Flammable liquids or objects
• Large bags or backpacks
• Lasers and pointers
• Cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, and similar products
• Any dangerous items to others or oneself, even if not explicitly mentioned above

1. The Promoter/Organizer reserves the right to confiscate and not return prohibited items found during security checks.

2. Smoking is strictly prohibited within IRWATA Summit 2025.

3. Creating disturbances in any form is strictly prohibited within IRWATA Summit 2025.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASING AND USING THE ENTRY PASS ABOVE. ANY CHANGES TO THE RULES WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON THE PROMOTER'S OFFICIAL SOCIAL MEDIA.
