Syarat & Ketentuan

Here are the terms and conditions for this event:

Ticket Purchase

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable
• A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased per transaction
• This show is not permitted for children
• This performance is allowed for teenagers aged 13 years and over

Ticket Verification

• Valid identification (KTP, SIM, Passport, KTA, Student ID) matching the original purchaser's name on the booking confirmation is required for verification on the event day
• Ticket transfer is at your own risk. Duplicates are not the responsibility of the committee

Seating

• Audiences can choose their preferred seating category and seat number.
• Each seat is allocated to one person/child

About The Show

• Open Gate 30 minutes before the Show Time
• Concert programs for Show I, II, III, IV, V, VI are the same
• Strictly no food and drinks are allowed inside the theater
• There will be an intermission for 15 - 20 minutes between act 1 & act 2. During this time, attendees are welcome to stretch their legs, visit facilities, and enjoy the venue's amenities
• Please ALWAYS be seated and be considerate to other audiences, including keeping your voice and hand low
• The committee has the right to remove any audiences that disturb the flow of the event and/or audiences around them
• Audiences are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior to everyone else, including ushers, venue staff, and other audiences

Dress Code

• Free dress code, dress comfortably
• Wearing attire with political party nuances and attributes is prohibited
• The committee has the right to remove any audiences that use any political party affiliated attributes
