Terms & Conditions

1. A valid Entry Pass is one purchased through artatix.co.id
2. One Entry Pass is valid for one person only.
3. The organizers and promoters are not responsible for, nor will they provide compensation for, ticket purchases made through scalpers or any non-official platforms/channels for the "HARDCORE ROMANCE TOUR."
4. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued, even if you have proof of purchase.
5. The event organizers, promoters, and performers are not responsible for any transportation or accommodation costs incurred by attendees if the event is canceled or rescheduled.
6. In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, riots, war, pandemics, or any officially declared emergencies by the government, the organizers/promoters reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event or change the venue layout without prior notice.
7. The organizers/promoters reserve the right to revise the event time, venue layout, and audience capacity without prior notice.
8. If the event is canceled, the promoter is obligated to refund the ticket price within a time frame to be announced by the promoter. However, bank fees and other charges may be deducted from the refund.
9. The event organizers/venue managers, promoters, and performers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or injuries sustained by attendees during the event for any reason.
10. Please bring an original ID card and e-Ticket from artatix.co.id when redeeming your ticket.
11. We recommend that attendees use online transportation services when coming to the HARDCORE ROMANCE TOUR venue.
12. The promoter reserves the right to:
    • Deny entry to anyone whose Entry Pass has been used by someone else.
    • Deny entry to the HARDCORE ROMANCE TOUR venue to attendees who do not follow the stated or unstated rules.
