1. The valid entry passes are the ones purchased through artatix.co.id.
2. One Entry Pass is valid for one person.
3. Please bring your valid ID card and e-Ticket from artatix.co.id when redeeming tickets.
4. Organizers and promoters are not responsible for any damages or replacement for the purchase of event tickets through unauthorized ticket resellers or platforms that are not official partners of "TEDxUGM 2023.
5. Lost / stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued, even if you have proof of purchase. Your tickets are your responsibility.
6. Organizers and promoters are not responsible for any transportation or accommodation costs incurred by participants to visit the event in case the event is canceled or rescheduled to a different date and/or time.
7. In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, riots, wars, epidemics, and all emergencies officially announced by the Government. Organizer and/or promoter reserves the right to cancel and/or change the event time and venue layout without prior notice.
8. Organizer / Promoter has the right to revise the event, place, and venue layout and capacity without any prior notice.
9. If the event is canceled, the Promoter must refund the ticket purchase money with a time frame that will be further informed by the Promoter, but bank charges, other fees, and any other payments that may be incurred to transfer the money back to the customer will be deducted.
10. Organizer / venue managers, promoters, and speakers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the audience or incidents resulting in injury in all event areas during the event, regardless of the reason.
11. We recommend participants to use online transportation when coming to the TEDxUGM 2023 event location.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to:
    • Prohibit entry if the Entry Pass has been used by another person.
    • Prohibit entry to the venue area if the Entry Pass used is invalid.
    • Proceed or seek penalties, whether civil or criminal, against any patron who unlawfully obtains an Entry Pass, including the discovery of forged and duplicate valid Entry Passes or obtaining an Entry Pass in a manner that is not in accordance with procedures.
13. Items allowed inside the venue:
    • Personal ID and money
    • Proof of ticket/admission
    • Personal medication
    • Mobile phone and/or other personal devices
14. Items that are not allowed to be brought into the event venue:
    • Outside food and drinks into the event venue.
    • Professional cameras such as Drone, SLR, DSLR.
    • Selfie Stick.
    • Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, psychotropic substances, or items containing other harmful substances.
    • Sharp weapons/fire, explosives, and objects that are prohibited according to applicable laws and regulations.
    • Flammable liquids and objects.
    • Lasers and pointers.
    • Pets
    • Items that are dangerous to others or oneself even though they are not mentioned in the above regulations.
15. The organizer / promoter has the right to take, confiscate and not return to the participants if prohibited items are found when checking goods.
16. Smoking/vaping is prohibited inside the TEDxUGM2023 venue.
17. Creating disturbances in any situation within the TEDxUGM2023 venue area is prohibited.
