SKANDAL MELODI SHOWCASE — BANDUNG

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Skandal Melodi Showcase, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase
2. • All tickets are valid only for the event date and session stated on the ticket.
   • Each ticket admits one person only.
   • Please ensure that all information provided during ticket purchase is correct.
   • Tickets purchased through unofficial channels are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Ticket Policy
3. • All tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
   • Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
   • The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for invalid, duplicated, or unauthorized tickets.
3. Entry & Check-In

   • The organizer may require a valid ID for verification.
   • Please follow the designated check-in and security procedures.
   • Late arrival does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

   • Prohibited items may include weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, professional recording equipment, and other items deemed unsafe by the organizer or venue.
   • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
   • Any form of harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
5. Event Changes
6. • The organizer reserves the right to change the event schedule, lineup, venue, or other event details when necessary.
   • In the event of changes, updates will be communicated through the organizer's official channels.
6. Cancellation & Postponement
7. • If the event is postponed or canceled, ticket handling will follow the official policy announced by the organizer.
   • The organizer will not be responsible for additional expenses incurred by attendees, including transportation, accommodation, or other personal costs.
7. Photography & Recording
8. • Photography and video recording may take place during the event.
   • By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photos, videos, or other promotional materials related to the event without additional compensation.
8. Personal Belongings
9. • Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.
   • The organizer and venue are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
9. Safety & Security
10. • Attendees may be subject to security checks upon entry.
    • Anyone found violating event rules may be removed from the venue without a refund.
10. Final Decision

• The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision regarding entry, venue regulations, and event operations.
• These Terms & Conditions may be updated when necessary. Any changes will be communicated through the organizer's official channels.
