1.     Ticket Purchase and Redemption: Official tickets must be purchased through the authorized ticketing partner and are non-refundable. e-vouchers must be exchanged for wristbands upon presentation of a valid original ID (KTP/Driver's License/Passport). 

2.     Ticket Usage: Ticket can only be used 1 (one) time. Re-entry does not apply.

3.     Wristband Usage: Access wristbands must be worn at all times while within the festival area. Organizers reserve the right to deny entry to visitors with damaged, broken, or unattached wristbands. 

4.     Age Restrictions: Children under the age of 5 are admitted free of charge but must remain under the full supervision of a parent or adult guardian. 

5.     Security Checks: All visitors are subject to body and bag checks by the security team before entering the venue. 

6.     Prohibited Items: Bringing firearms or sharp weapons, narcotics, outside food or beverages, professional cameras or drones, glass bottles or cans, as well as political, SARA-related (sectarian/sensitive), or provocative items is strictly prohibited. 

7.     Personal Responsibility: Visitors are responsible for any damage to, loss of, or theft of personal belongings during the event. 

8.     Organizer Rights: Organizers reserve the right to deny entry to or remove visitors who violate rules or engage in illegal activities, without providing a ticket refund. 

9.     Event Documentation: All visitors grant permission to the organizers to capture and use photos or videos as part of the documentation and promotional materials for Remember Fest 2026 x Cube Concert.
