  • All participants and audiences must respect the rules, staff, and other schools.
  • Any form of violence, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in removal from the venue without refund.

3. Safety & Security

  • Attendees must comply with safety regulations and follow the instructions of security and event staff.
  • The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

4. Media & Documentation

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes by the organizers.


5. Organizer Rights

  • The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, lineup, or venue if necessary.
  • The organizer has the final decision regarding all matters related to the event.
