TERMS & CONDITIONS – “FREEDOM CALL – Silver Romantic Metal Nights 2026: Live in Jakarta”

1. The only valid Entry Pass is the one purchased through artatix.co.id.
2. One Entry Pass is valid for one person only.
3. The Organizer and Promoter are not responsible and will not provide any refund or compensation for tickets purchased through scalpers, unofficial platforms, or non-official ticket partners of "FREEDOM CALL – Silver Romantic Metal Nights 2026: Live in Jakarta.”
4. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued, even if you can provide proof of purchase. Your ticket is your responsibility.
5. The Organizer, Promoter, and Performers are not responsible for any transportation or accommodation expenses incurred by the audience in the event that the show is canceled or rescheduled to another date and/or time.
6. In force majeure situations such as natural disasters, riots, wars, epidemics, or any officially declared state of emergency, the Organizer/Promoter reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event and modify the venue layout without prior notice.
7. The Organizer/Promoter reserves the right to revise the event schedule, venue layout, and audience capacity without prior notice.
8. If the event is canceled, the Promoter will refund ticket purchases within a period to be announced later. However, refunds will be subject to deductions for bank fees and other administrative or transfer charges.
9. The Organizer, venue management, Promoter, and Performers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or any injuries occurring within the event area for any reason.
10. Please bring your original ID card and e-Ticket from artatix.co.id when redeeming your ticket.
11. We recommend that attendees use online transportation services when coming to "FREEDOM CALL – Silver Romantic Metal Nights 2026: Live in Jakarta".
12. The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Deny entry if the Entry Pass has been used by another person.
• Deny entry to the event area if the Entry Pass is invalid.
• Take legal action (civil or criminal) against anyone who obtains an Entry Pass illegally, including forging or duplicating a valid Entry Pass or obtaining it through improper means.

13. The Organizer reserves the right to take strict action and remove any attendees from "FREEDOM CALL – Silver Romantic Metal Nights 2026: Live in Jakarta" who fail to comply with the implemented health protocols.
14. Items allowed inside the venue:

• Personal identification and cash
• Valid ticket/entry proof
• Mask and hand sanitizer
• Personal medication
• Raincoat
• Mobile phone or other personal devices

15. Items not allowed inside "FREEDOM CALL – Silver Romantic Metal Nights 2026: Live in Jakarta":

• Outside food and beverages
• Professional cameras such as drones, SLRs, or DSLRs
• Selfie sticks or monopods
• Illegal drugs, psychotropic substances, or any hazardous materials
• Sharp weapons, firearms, explosives, or any items prohibited by law
• Flammable liquids or materials
• Large bags or backpacks
• Lasers and pointers
• Any items considered dangerous to others or oneself, even if not explicitly listed above

16. The Promoter/Organizer reserves the right to confiscate and not return any prohibited items found during bag checks.
17. Creating or participating in any disturbance within the area of "FREEDOM CALL – Silver Romantic Metal Nights 2026: Live in Jakarta" is strictly prohibited.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY PASS PURCHASE AND USAGE ABOVE. ANY CHANGES MADE BY THE PROMOTER WILL BE ANNOUNCED THROUGH THE PROMOTER’S OFFICIAL SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS.
