1. Entry Pass yang berlaku adalah yang dibeli melalui artatix.co.id
2. Satu Entry Pass berlaku untuk satu orang
3. Untuk mendapatkan Entry Pass, Pembeli harus dinyatakan bebas dari Covid-19
4. Panitia dan Promotor tidak bertanggung jawab/ tidak ada penggantian kerugian atas pembelian tiket acara melalui calo/tempat/kanal/platform/ yang bukan mitra resmi penjualan tiket “ Catur Sandya 2023”
5. Tiket yang hilang/dicuri tidak akan diganti atau diterbitkan ulang. Meskipun anda memiliki bukti pembelian. Tiket kalian merupakan tanggung jawab kalian.
6. Panitia acara, Promotor, dan Pengisi Acara tidak bertanggung jawab atas biaya transportasi atau akomodasi yang telah dikeluarkan penonton untuk mengunjungi acara jika seandainya acara harus dibatalkan atau dipindahkan ke hari dan/atau waktu lain.
7. Dalam keadaan keadaan kahar seperti bencana alam, kerusuhan, perang, wabah, dan semua keadaan darurat yang diumumkan secara resmi oleh Pemerintah. Panitia/penyelenggara/promotor berhak untuk membatalkan dan/atau merubah waktu acara dan tata letak tempat tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
8. Panitia/Penyelenggara/Promotor berhak untuk, merevisi waktu acara, tata letak tempat dan kapasitas penonton tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
9. Jika acara dibatalkan, Promotor harus mengembalikan uang pembelian tiket yang sudah dibeli tetapi akan dipotong biaya bank, biaya lain-lain dan pembayaran lain yang mungkin dikenakan untuk mentransfer uang kembali ke pelanggan.
10. Pengembalian dana akan dilakukan secepat mungkin, yaitu maksimal 30 hari kerja setelah pengisian form yang akan di infokan ke email pembeli tiket.
11. Panitia acara/penanggung jawab tempat acara, promotor, dan pengisi acara tidak bertanggung jawab atas hilangnya barang-barang pribadi para penonton atau kejadian-kejadian yang mengakibatkan cedera di semua area acara selama acara berlangsung, apapun alasannya.
12. Harap membawa kartu ID asli dan e-Ticket dari artatix.co.id saat melakukan penukaran tiket.
13. Kami menyarankan agar para penonton menggunakan transportasi online saat datang ke venue.
14. Promotor berhak untuk:

• Melarang penonton masuk jika Entry Pass telah digunakan oleh orang lain.
• Melarang penonton masuk ke area venue jika Entry Pass yang digunakan tidak valid.
• Memproses atau mengajukan hukuman, baik perdata maupun pidana, terhadap pengunjung yang mendapatkan Entry Pass secara tidak sah, termasuk ditemukannya memalsukan dan menggandakan Entry Pass yang sah atau memperoleh Entry Pass dengan cara yang tidak sesuai dengan prosedur.

1. “CATUR SANDYA 2023” adalah acara yang diadakan dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang ketat sesuai standar CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment Sustainability)
2. Harap patuhi protokol kesehatan yang diterapkan oleh penyelenggara di area venue, cuci tangan, gunakan masker, dan jaga jarak (3M).
3. Penyelenggara mengambil tindakan tegas, dan berhak mengeluarkan pengunjung dari venue jika tidak mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang telah diterapkan.
4. Barang yang boleh dibawa kedalam venue:

• Membawa kartu identitas dan uang pribadi
• Membawa bukti tiket/tanda masuk
• Membawa masker dan handsanitzer
• Membawa obat-obatan pribadi
• Membawa botol minum atau tumblr pribadi
• Membawa jas hujan

1. Dilarang membawa makanan dan minuman dari luar ke dalam venue.
2. Dilarang membawa kamera profesional seperti Drone, SLR, DSLR.
3. Dilarang membawa selfie stick.
4. Dilarang membawa dan menggunakan alkohol, obat-obatan terlarang, psikotropika, atau barang yang mengandung zat berbahaya lainnya.
5. Dilarang membawa senjata tajam/api, bahan peledak, dan benda-benda yang dilarang menurut ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku ke dalam venue.
6. Dilarang membawa cairan dan benda yang mudah terbakar.
7. Dilarang membawa laser dan pointer.
8. Dilarang, membawa snare drum dan terompet.
9. Dilarang membawa peliharaan.
10. Dilarang membawa barang yang berbahaya untuk orang lain maupun diri sendiri walaupun tidak disebutkan pada peraturan diatas.

Pihak promotor/ penyelenggara acara berhak mengambil, menyita dan tidak mengambalikan kepada penonton jika ditemukannya barang tersebut saat pengecekan barang.

SAYA TELAH MEMBACA DAN MEMAHAMI SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN PEMBELIAN DAN PENGGUNAAN MASUK PASS DI ATAS.

DAN SAYA MEMBERIKAN PERSETUJUAN SAYA UNTUK DIBUAT SECARA HUKUM DENGAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN.

1. A valid entry pass is one purchased through artatix.co.id

2. One Entry Pass is valid for one person.

3. To get the Entry Pass, the Buyer must be declared free from covid-19.

4. The committee and the Promoter are not responsible/no compensation for the purchase of event tickets through brokers/places/channels/platforms/who are not the official ticket sales partners of "Buzz Youth Fest 2023".

5. Lost / stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Even though you have proof of purchase. Your ticket is your responsibility.

6. Promoter and event organizer are not responsible for the transportation or accommodation costs incurred by the audience to visit the event if the event has to be canceled or moved to another day and / or time.

7. In Force Majeure situations such as natural disasters, riots, wars, epidemics, and all emergencies announced officially by the Government. The organizer / organizer / promoter has the right to cancel and / or change the event time and venue layout without prior notice.

8. The Committee / Organizer / Promoter has the right to, revise the event time, venue layout and audience capacity without prior notice.

9. If the event is canceled, the Promoter must return the purchase of tickets that have been purchased but will be deducted by bank fees or other payments that may be charged to transfer money back to the customer.

10. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, which is a maximum of 30 working days after filling out the form which will be informed to the ticket buyer's email.

11. The event organizer / person in charge of the event venue, promoters, and performers are not responsible for the loss of personal items of the audience or events that result in injury in all areas of the event during the event, whatever the reason.

12. Please bring your original ID and e-Ticket from artatix.co.id when exchanging tickets.

13. We recommend that the audience use online transportation when coming to the venue

14. The promoter has the rigth to:

• Prohibits audience from entering if the Entry Pass has been used by someone else.
• Prohibit audience from entering the venue area if the Entry Pass used is invalid
• Processing or filing laws, whether civil or criminal, against visitors who get Entry Pass illegally, including falsifying and duplicating valid Entry Pass or obtaining Entry Pass in a way that is not in accordance with procedures.

15. "Buzz Youth Fest 2023" is a show that is held by implementing strict health protocols according to CHSE standards (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment Sustainability).

16. Please comply with the health protocols implemented by the organizers in the venue area, wash hands, use masks, and keep your distance (3M).

17.The organizers take firm action, and have the right to get visitors out from the venue if they do not comply with the health protocols that have been implemented.

18. Items that may be brought into the venue:

• Bring your identity card and money
• Bring proof of ticket/entry pass
• Bring a mask and hand sanitizer
• Bring personal medicine
• Bring a personal water bottle or tumbler
• Bring a raincoat

19. Forbidden to bring food and drinks from outside into the venue.

20. It is forbidden to bring professional cameras such as Drone, SLR, DSLR

21. Do not bring selfie stick

22. Prohibited to carry and use any alcohol, illegal medicine, drugs, psychotropic substances, or items containing other dangerous substances.

23. Forbidden to bring sharp weapons/fire, explosives, and objects prohibited under the provisions of the applicable laws into the venue.

24. Do not bring flammable liquids and objects.

25. Do not bring laser and pointer

26. It is forbidden to bring snare drums and trumpets.

27. No pets allowed.

28. It is forbidden to bring goods that are dangerous to others or to yourself even though it is not stated in the above regulations.

29. The promoter/event organizer has the right to take, confiscate and not return it to the audience if the goods are found when security checking.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY PASS PURCHASE AND USAGE ABOVE.

AND I GIVE MY CONSENT TO BE LEGALLY BENDED WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

29. Promotor/event organizer berhak mengambil, menyita, dan tidak mengembalikannya kepada penonton jika barang tersebut ditemukan saat pemeriksaan keamanan.
